Sunset Stack

Painted on a used pizza box, this piece initiated my thoughts to utilize my artistic process to create two works. The stencil and the cutouts. The painted tile pieces and the carboard background.

Unfinished Business

I was originally reluctant to free hand the blobs. It was a freeing experience to make the marks knowing that they were permanent. The decision to only partially fill in the shapes grew as the piece progressed.
